1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by VanillaKart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
VanillaKart offers digital marketing services and 8 Certification skill training Programs as an initiative under vanillakart. The details of the services, including pricing and any additional terms, are outlined in the service agreement entered into by the client.
3. Payment and Fees
Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected services as outlined in the service agreement and VanillaKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice to VanillaKart. Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, account details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation.
VanillaKart reserves the right to assess fees for services already rendered or resources allocated before the cancellation request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund Policy outlined in the service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for the provision of services. Failure to do so may impact the quality and timeliness of the services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the services.
7. Termination
VanillaKart reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or fails to fulfill the obligations outlined in the service agreement. Termination may result in the forfeiture of payments.
8. Limitation of Liability
VanillaKart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created or provided by VanillaKart in the course of providing services shall remain the property of VanillaKart unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
11. Changes to Terms
VanillaKart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
