By accessing or using the services provided by Vanillakart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Vanillakart offers digital marketing services and 8 Certification Skill Training Programs as an initiative under the brand Vanillakart. The details of the services, including pricing and any additional terms, are outlined in the service agreement entered into by the client.
3. Payment and Fees
Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected services as outlined in the service agreement.
All payments must be made in full before the commencement of any service.
Emvity Brushflicks Creative Hub Private Limited. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or delayed payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once payment has been made, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Clients are advised to review the service details and clarify any queries prior to making the payment.
Vanillakart reserves the right to charge for any resources allocated or work initiated prior to a formal cancellation request.
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and materials necessary for the provision of services.
Failure to do so may affect the quality, timelines, and delivery of services, for which Vanillakart will not be held liable.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the services.
7. Termination
Vanillakart reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms, fails to fulfill obligations, or engages in misconduct.
Termination will not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
VanillaKart, operated under Emvity Brushflicks Creative Hub Private Limited, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created or provided by VanillaKart during the service engagement shall remain the exclusive property of VanillaKart unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa, India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
11. Changes to Terms
Vanillakart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
