- Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, account details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation.
- VanillaKart reserves the right to assess fees for services already rendered or resources allocated before the cancellation request.
- Cancellation Period:
- Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period of 7 days before the desired cancellation date.
- Failure to provide the specified notice may result in charges for the additional service period.
Refund Policy:
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- VanillaKart fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the service agreement.
- Services are terminated by VanillaKart without cause.
- Refund requests are submitted within 3 days of the service cancellation.
- Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services, as outlined in the service agreement, may be non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to one-time setup fees, consultation fees, or third-party expenses.
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing, including the client’s name, account details, and a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.
- VanillaKart will review the request and respond within 2 days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be determined based on the services not yet provided or completed as of the cancellation date.
- Any fees or expenses already incurred by VanillaKart in delivering the services will be deducted from the refund amount.
