Cancellation Policy:

  1. Service Cancellation:
    • Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice to VanillaKart.
    • Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, account details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation.
    • VanillaKart reserves the right to assess fees for services already rendered or resources allocated before the cancellation request.
  2. Cancellation Period:
    • Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period of 7 days before the desired cancellation date.
    • Failure to provide the specified notice may result in charges for the additional service period.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
      • VanillaKart fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the service agreement.
      • Services are terminated by VanillaKart without cause.
      • Refund requests are submitted within 3 days of the service cancellation.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Certain services, as outlined in the service agreement, may be non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to one-time setup fees, consultation fees, or third-party expenses.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing, including the client’s name, account details, and a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.
    • VanillaKart will review the request and respond within 2 days.
    • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  4. Refund Amount:
    • The refund amount will be determined based on the services not yet provided or completed as of the cancellation date.
    • Any fees or expenses already incurred by VanillaKart in delivering the services will be deducted from the refund amount.
