Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Cancellation:

  • Once a client confirms or requests any service from VanillaKart, the service cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • The client shall remain liable to pay the full agreed amount for the requested service, irrespective of project completion status or initiation.

  • VanillaKart reserves the right to deny cancellation requests once work has commenced or resources have been allocated.

  • Clients are therefore advised to thoroughly review all service details, terms, and pricing before confirming any engagement.


Refund Policy:

  • All payments made to VanillaKart are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once payment is processed, no refund—full or partial—will be issued, regardless of the reason, including project discontinuation, dissatisfaction, or change of decision by the client.

  • This non-refundable policy applies to all services, including one-time setup fees, consultation charges, retainers, and third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

  • By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
