Refund Policy:

All payments made to VanillaKart are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is processed, no refund—full or partial—will be issued, regardless of the reason, including project discontinuation, dissatisfaction, or change of decision by the client.

This non-refundable policy applies to all services, including one-time setup fees, consultation charges, retainers, and third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
